What you'll need for one serving:

How to Make a Vanilla Cold Brew

A step-by-step guide:

Step 1

Fill a glass with ice cubes. If you want nice big ice cubes (who doesn’t?), use our Grind Ice Cube Tray

Step 2

Add 62ml of espresso cold brew concentrate and mix with 62ml cold water or milk, depending on how creamy you’d like it to be. To make it a vanilla cold brew latte, add more milk.

If you’re using your own cold brew coffee, use around 120ml and top with cold water or cold milk. Not sure how to cold brew your coffee? Learn how to make your own cold brew at home here.

Step 3

Add 20ml vanilla syrup.

Step 4

If you fancy it, top with a bit of whipped cream and an extra drizzle of vanilla syrup.

How to Store Cold Brew Coffee?

If you’ve made your own cold brew coffee, keep it refrigerated in an airtight container and it will last for up to 10 days. If you’ve already diluted it with milk or creamer, it will last for 2-3 days in the fridge.

If you've made it in our Grind Cold Brew Bottle, then you can keep it stored in this bottle. This will minimise air exposure and prevent oxidation, which can affect the flavour.

Once opened, Grind Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate will last for 10 days in the fridge. Before opening, you can store it in a cool, dry place and it will last until its best before date (printed on the carton).

How Many Calories in a Vanilla Cold Brew?

If you’re using our Grind Cold Brew Concentrate, this will be a low-calorie treat, with our espresso concentrate having only 10 calories per 100ml. The actual calories in your vanilla cold brew will depend on what type of milk or plant-based alternative you use and how much syrup you use: made using 62ml of our espresso cold brew concentrate, 100ml semi-skimmed milk, and 20ml vanilla syrup, this recipe has around 120 calories.

What Does Vanilla Cold Brew Taste Like?

The flavour profile of vanilla cold brew is rich, bright, and sweet. The more intense flavours of coffee are balanced by a smooth texture from the cold brewing method and by the sweet, fruity notes of vanilla.
