Your Rewards.
We took everything we learned from a decade of making coffee in our London cafés and squeezed it all into our home-compostable Nespresso® compatible pods.
The best way to use Grind Rewards is to download our app, where you'll be automatically opted in.
If you're a Grind subscriber, who doesn't currently have the app, we'd recommend downloading it and linking your subscription account there. Alternatively, you can opt-in through your Grind account, through our customer portal here.
You'll earn 1 point per every £1 you spend in our Grind locations, through the Grind app, and online on the Grind website. Whether you’re buying a takeaway coffee, cocktails, food, coffee pods or Grind accessories, you’ll earn points on all of your Grind purchases.
*Please note that points cannot be redeemed at Brewdog Waterloo Grind or National Theatre Grind as these are franchise locations.
Every time you earn 55 points, you can redeem a Grind Reward. Your points are redeemable on all hot drinks and espresso martinis in our Grind locations (excluding Waterloo and National Theatre) and on our Coffee Pod Taster Packs (10 pods) and Whole Bean or Ground Taster Packs (227g) online through your subscription or a one-time purchase.
You can redeem a maximum of 175 points in one go.
You can earn and redeem points at all Grind locations except for National Theatre Grind and Waterloo Grind as these are franchise stores.
